My passion for food and healing recipes began a few years ago when I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease at 25. I discovered that my health issues stemmed from an imbalance in my gut, which led me to explore ingredients and foods that support the body from within. Since then, I’ve been creating delicious, nourishing recipes focused on reducing inflammation and promoting overall wellness.
This journey was the catalyst for transforming my relationship with food and embracing it as medicine. In the process, I developed a deep appreciation for both the beauty and power of food.
