Vital Farms Creamy Eggs
Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 tbsp cottage cheese
sourdough bread, toasted
½ avocado, sliced
Fresh dill, for garnish
1 ripe peach, sliced
Handful of microgreens
Salt & pepper, to taste
Olive oil (optional, for drizzling)
How to Make:
Scramble or fry the eggs, then mix in the cottage cheese for extra creaminess and protein. Season with salt and pepper.

Ingredients:
1 can or portion of tuna (fresh or canned, as preferred)
1–2 ripe tomatoes, sliced or halved
Olive oil, for drizzling
Fresh dill, chopped
Red onion, thinly sliced
Salt & pepper, to taste
How to Make:
Arrange the tomato slices on a plate.
Flake or portion the tuna on top of the tomatoes.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped fresh dill.

2 green onions, finely chopped

1 ripe peach, sliced
